CZ 858 Receivers

Hey all.
As I've been reading through many of the recent C71 related threads Ive been reading that people have been buying just the receivers for the CZ 858 rifles. I wasnt even aware that they sold the receivers on their own.
Im curious if anyone knows where people where getting them. (Or if anyone had one theyd be willing to let go of)

I know the government has put certain variations on a list of guns that would become prohibited should C71 become law and they have said that grandfatehring of the previously owned guns would be a poasibility.
I know this question may just be calling on speculation but if one where to have a 858 with grandfathered status do you think theyd be allowed to buy and sell within that rifle type even after the ban (if it happens).

I got mine from Wolverine, but I don't know if they still have stock anymore. As for the prohibited class, historically that is how it has worked before so that's our best guess as to how this round would go, but there's no way of knowing for sure.

I wouldnt even sell it for 5x the price i paid for it.

I don't understand.... why? From what I read in Bill C-71 you won't be able to buy anything other than another CZ858. You can't even buy a Swiss Classic Green even though they're *Edit (They would be after Bill C-71 is passed) in the same prohib class.

If they where in the same class, than yes, that is the way it is now, but who can figure a turd out.
But I have not spent much time reading the crap, as it may/will change ?????????????????
