Do all of these come with a plastic base plate? I just got a 5 round short mag and it looks like a chopped down 30 round mag. Any leads on where I could get a replacement metal base plate or a mag that comes with one?

I traded for an 858 a while back that came with two of these, it had a metal base plate and the other had plastic.
