Hi, I am a new owner of one of these babys and I wanted to mount a scope with some type of zoom on it but I can't find a rail that mounts to the rear and I don't think I can mount one on the handguard if it has zoom (because of eye relief). Can someone suggest something for this?

LOL, there are hundreds of posts about this, you are absolutely right,

You can use a ak47 scope mount but it must be drilled and tapped to the side of the gun but ur best bet for this gun is a scout scope mount ... Stay away from the handgurd rails they don't hold 0 well red dot is what u need for this gun I mean it's 7.62x39mm

A red dot is the way to go. You need to spend some cash though to get something decent. My $50 tasco is good to 50 yards but at 100 you will need something better if you want good groups. I love this setup though. And I have moded the hand guard to be able to takedown the gun without removing the mount.

+1 on the red dot for the CZ. I was looking to scope the CZ as well, did lots of thread searches, etc... but decided to use the Fab defense upper and lower handguards with a red dot, and never had a problem with returning to zero. I was surprised. It may be off very slightly, but with a red dot you will not notice it.

That's a misleading statement. My experience with first the Infratek and now the NEA rails is that they hold zero very well during use and when removed for cleaning. Do they reinstall absolutely perfect? No. Do they work well enough that I've never had to adjust my optic after reinstalling it? yes.

My two rifles with NEA gen. 3 and 4 rails:
