If I got the CZ from wolverine supply with the B&T mag well adapter that uses XCR pistol mag would that mean I will be able to have 10 rounds legally in a magazine? I'm just wondering since what would be the point if its still limited to 5 rounds.

Yes if you buy the lar pistol mags or xcr pistol mags you can legally have 10 rounds in the mag. For hunting you better check your provincial regs
