Who can order me parts from CZ? I need an extractor for my cz-97 and the only place I've come across one online is Cz-USA. They won't ship to Canada. I'm not really interested in shipping the whole gun across Canada to have it repaired. It would more than likely be months. Can any distributor order parts?

Thought I'd throw an update up.
Basically, if you need a part from cz usa, forget it. Tried 4 diferent authorized cz retailers and the cz waranty depot in Canada and was basically told "good luck". Grech would hardly answer my emails... Just had two of them shipped to my grandparents retirement rv park in Arizona for $80 us. I'm not too optimistic at this point. I've got a cz 550 varmint rifle and was thinking about picking up a cz 557 varmint in .308 as well. I might end up drinking the r700 koolaid...

Something like that should be no problem for us to put on order for you
Yeah. You guys were next on my list. I focused mostly on parts retailers and gunsmiths. It was easy and cheap to order directly from cz, but needing a U.S. address was a pain. This was actually suggested to me from an authorized cz importer. I got the impression that things move rather slowly in the not so mainstream parts supply. I'm fairly disgusted with the so called waranty center.

I can generally check availability online with CZ parts but may have to resort to an email to Ondrej if it is not something I can find easily.
Parts are generally available but can be a pita and we make very little money off them due to the low dollar value but we view it more as a service to "help out" customers and hopefully they come back for their next firearm purchase.

Smart business practice.

I won't forget it.

Take Care
