Hi I would like to buy a CZ 97B .45 hand gun, has anyone here ever own or shot it ? how was it ? is it reliable good gun or any suggestion would be a appreciate. thanks a lot !!! since I have a glock 17 MM & revolver.357 mag,so I would like to try a heavier recoil.

Excellent value for money...good shooter..like a CZ75 on 'roids!
Recoil is mitigated by the mass of the beast...
Those with small hands may find the grip on the large side.
This is one of those guns that I have owned three (3!) times...
I like it...it sits in the cabinet for a while and I trade/sell it, then I try it again and have to buy another one!:D
All in all, highly recommended!

I don't think .45 has more recoil than .357mag, if you want more recoil get a .44mag

10mm is about as powerful as .357 but not .45acp...

I like how 97B feels in my hand but I can't reach the slide release on it, so for that reason alone I won't buy one (maybe it came in 9 or 10mm).

IMO 97B it's the best looking CZ

357 mag kick much harder than .45ACP. I used to recommand CZ 97B but now the KImber custom II is way cheaper than before and don't make much different in between the price but that is a very nice 1911.
