My new CZ-85 has been working great, but I noticed some light brown streaks within the rifling the other day. I had cleaned its after its first range outing, and I thought I had cleaned it well. All other parts have held up perfectly.
I didn't use a bore brush, true, I used a solvent patch and then cleaned until the barrel appeared clean. Not enough, I guess. So my question is, should I clean it again using a bore brush to get rid of the streaks, or just wait until after the next range session? I don't want to overclean because I'm told that can create even more damage than undercleaning!
