This arguably could be in the equipment exchange.

I have been trying to find a CZ Bob White in 20 gauge but these things are unobtainable!

Does anyone seem to know where one could get this? I have searched the internet high and low.

It is "Bobwhite" as in the quail, not "Bob White" as in some dude.

Did you try Epps... they had a few not long ago.

Forget it... I just checked and they don't have any.

The Gun Dealer doesn't have any.

Gagnon Sports has one CZ Partridge SXS 20 gauge 28" barrels for $820.

Prophet River has none.

"I Run Guns" can bring one in, as can Prophet River.

AFAIK the Partridge and Bobwhite are the same gun with different finishes on the receiver. The Bobwhite has artificial case hardened look while the Partridge is a silver or white metal look on the receiver. I have shot a Bobwhite in 20 guage; I thought it was a decent firearm.

I had acquired four (12-28) during the period of 2005/06 albeit with much skepticism. Never had any trouble with any so far. Plain, no frills bird guns built on scaled frames although the 16's balance never felt right to me. The 16 was almost as heavy as the 12. The 12 was the best in terms of finish quality and had very nice wood. Heavy triggers on all but they smoothed out overtime. I still own the 20 and 28ga and like the shotguns. Looks like CZ has discontinued the Bobwhite this year.

Nice guns, I have a 28" barreled 20 that I bought new a couple years ago for less than $700. They've really gone up in price, I doubt you'll see many used ones for sale.
I refinished my wood in TruOil, it made a real improvement over CZ's "varnish and molasses" finish.

If you ask me, the silver receiver is worth waiting for....... This a Yildiz...... But made in the same factory as the cz ultralight......

CZ products all came out from the Huglu Co-op. Not aware if that has recently changed. I believe Yildiz is a separate entity.
