You do realize that there needs to be a lot of interest for this idea to even start, right? Not enough people shoot .300 Blackout for any importer to even consider trying to get production started in that caliber.

As was already discussed in other threads: .308, thicker barrel, integrated rail, market the rifle with a dedicated 5 rd mag, but make it compatible with AICS 20 rd mag. Winning combination.

I don't know if the Ruskies sell it commercially but I hear their 9x39mm cartridge, the one used in their SR-3 and Vintorez rifles, has great ballistics for hunting... Would be cool something to compete with the .300 blackout

12 gauge is the only one I can see being competitive outside of the Canadian market, as long as the "Vz.12" was an improvement over the 12 gauge AK derivatives.

I too personally would like to see a Vz. 12, I think it would be so cool, we don't have any semi-auto mag fed shotties in Canada and I want one!
