Ok so I got the hb industries trigger spring upgrade kit.
I can’t tell if I have the welded trigger pack or not.
I looked on YouTube and looked at picks but mine looks different.
I tried loosing with the Allen key but it’s not budging. I’m using force but I don’t want to crack anything.
Is there anyone that has a good close up pick.
Took a pick of mine and it looks like alot of blue locktight

Is yours from wolverine or grey market ( ctcs...irunguns,armseast).

All US bounded Scors have welded trigger packs. The one thst came straight from czub thru Wolves dont.

Crap if it’s the welded packs I’m not going to bother changing them out. I have 2 one from irunguns and a restricted I got from Tenda.
Thanks for the offer on the drill bit though.

My restriicted evo from Tenda was not welded. Search youtube. There are some great side by side shots of welded vs not.

I’ve looked through the YouTube videos and found this pick.
They talk about the welded one having a collar on it.
My pick doesn’t look anything like there’s
Am I being to gentle with it? I don’t think it’s the welded trigger pack?
What’s a good way to dissolve blue loctite

Blue just needs a little muscle. Alternatively, you can heat the tip of the screw with a soldering iron to warm up the adhesive.

Well I heated it up and tried again with no luck. Again mine look different than the ones they show on the internet.
Maybe it was a new way they did it?
Looks like if I want to put a lighter trigger spring in it I will have to get the hb industries new screw.

I got the replacement screws and drill bit. Pm me your email and we talk there.

If you used heat and it wont come out, then its welded. Maybe just welded differently, maybe its welded in between the screw and the bottom of the trigger cage rather than on top in their original batch.

Mine was from wolves, my friend was from irg, and his is welded. Only reason why i bought the drill bit and screws. Btw, i have like 50 pf these since thats how fastenal sells them.

WRONG my first one from IRG did NOT have the welded trigger pack. Funny cuz the one I have from Wolverine is also tattooed on the side of it saying CZ USA Kentucky or some #### just like the one fron IRG

Trigger packs that were welded aren't "grey market" rifles, they were first gen rifles.
If people have the double threaded barrels, those are 2nd Gen with no welded trigger packs

That is true. More specifically, some of the 2015 and almost all 2016 made had the trigger welded is what i should have stated. Given the fact that it was approved in the beginning of 2017, most of the US import has the 2016 model with the welded trigger.

You are lucky to get an older model imported.....

Accirding to cz usa website, at least those 2 years were the one that has the trigger pack welded. Hence they have the trigger unit swap going on now.

I think wolves has stated in their thread that even though theirs were from Czub directly, they still bear the CZ usa marking.

So once the welded pin or screw is out does the trigger pack have a threaded hole for the new screw?
