read at another forum that the cz rifles use a .223 diameter bbl as opposed to .224, is this true? found a rifle made in ,93 would that have applied back then?

i find it hard to believe cz would use the .223 diameter bbl, i thought that was long obsolete.
 
wouldn't make sense from either a production standpoint or on the "user-end" either. must be .224
 
CZ 22 Hornet

I have a 1950 Brno 22 Hornet. It is 223. I shoot 223. and 224. and it makes no difference in group or in pressure that I can detect. I shoot 40 and 45 grn bullets. I have shot the gun for 30 years.
 
Man I want a Hornet bad!!! as most of you may know already. I am seriously considering the CZ's particularly the Prestige model with the upgraded stock and jewelled bolt.
