cz IPSC stndard .40

Can anyone tell me if there are any mags available for the CZ IPSC Standard in .40 that DO NOT have that stupid plastic base on them. I find that the plastic hangs up on the magwell during reloads. Is there a replacement or aftermarket mag that is all steel? Do any other mags fit and function?

Ghostholster.com sells them. You probably can file down the plastic pads to make them work a little better is what I have read.
