CZ optional barrels

I recently bought a varmint 455 and love shooting it in .22lr but want to also buy a .17hmr or the .22wmr barrel.
I'd buy both but can't believe the price of $300+ per. I recently bought a lother walther barrel for my hatsan air rifle for only $139 and feel cz is gouging us.
Anyway I'd prefer the .22wmr since I rarely shoot beyond 150 yards and believe it will hit harder at the shorter distances.
What bothers me is that I keep reading the .22wmr isn't as accurate as the other two calibers.

I find it hard to believe coming from the same gun barrel manufacturer. The ammunition can make a big difference but there must be some higher quality .22wmr ammo. Does anyone know of a more accurate cartridge for the wmr? Does it shoot as accurately as the other two?

Thanks, that's the best price I've seen. I should buy both but I'd still like to get one at a time.
We have a lot of coyotes around here but they won't let you get within 100 yards, usually more. I realize a .243 would be more appropriate but there are a lot of farm houses on the horizon and I'd would worry about a bullet going 5 miles. I think a well placed magnum rimfire will do the job out to maybe 150 yards.
If it's true that the .17 is more accurate with a destructive impact it might be the best choice. Then again my instinct tells me a 40 grain hollow point would should be more lethal.

Using anyhing less then a .223 on coyotes is unethical. Use a sufficient caliber so as not to subject unnecessary suffering on the animal and just place your shots so as not to shoot towards houses.

Why?
So 22 hornet, 17 hornet, 17 fireball, and a whole lot of others are no good? A 22lr will do the job if it is close enough.
