So my trigger bar spring broke on Friday, as shown in the picture below (apologies for the darkness, and for only recovering one of the two pieces). What I'm really curious about though is the little metal sleeve also shown. The spring inserts into it only one way and it appears to go into a recess in the frame, but only with a lot of force. Both pieces were on the floor of the range when it broke, and the sleeve is not mentioned at all in the parts diagram. Could you P-07 owners check whether your trigger bar springs are also in a metal sleeve, and how much that sleeve is inserted into the frame? Or, if you know what this part really is, that'd be great.
