Im wondering what SP01 parts are compatible with CZ Phantoms and which ones are not.
A few years ago I added CZ 75 SP-01 SHADOW DPM SPRINGS. The plastic guide rod mine came w/ was very bent, I much prefer the DPM rod and springs.
Other than cosmetic changes to my Phantom, im wondering about:
(for the record, ive shot this thing for many years and not thinking about spontaneous upgrades)
  • Compatible barrel
  • Rear Sight
  • Potential red dot
  • New trigger

I have the "tactical" in .40 but I suspect it's the same model?
I had to get very specific sights for it - available from Dawson Precision. I ordered through Freedom Ventures. Makes a world of difference.
The mainspring is basically the same part as the regular Shadow. That made a big difference but it still won't be like a Shadow because of the decocker mechanism.
Looks like you already have thin grips. That's a must for me because I have small hands for a dude.
Don't know about barrel compatibility.
Maybe Black Box could mill the slide for an optic. Not sure if there's enough meat on the top of the slide. Best to ask them.
 
Thanks! There are no grips for the Phantom as the frame is all Polymer. What you see is a paint job I did. Same for the slide, I embellished the letters, that is not how a Phantom typically looks.
