I'm in the market for a new o/u and have been seriously considering the CZ Redhead for trap and skeet. The only problem is that I don't know anyone that has owned a cz shotgun, or store that carries them. Does anyone have experience with these guns and/or know who carries them?

Do a search and see what you come up with. There has been 2 or 3 threads in the past 1 1/2 months on this very topic.
I owned 2 Cz's--a 20 gauge over/under and a 12 gauge Ringneck SxS. While they are good guns for the money, in my opinion they were never designed for high volume clays shooting. If you are going to be doing high volume, then I would consider something else. While the guns may stand up to a certain degree of volume shooting, this is not what they were designed for and people should realize that. I know some are going to come on here and say a guy on shotgun world has been keeping track for 3 years now and has 20 000 rounds through a CZ canvasback. That is indeed very good and is more than a hunter will ever shoot but he did have a couple of problems in between and 20, 000 rounds in 3 years is not considered high volume by many in the clays shooting sports. To me it just gives any gun a bad name when problems arise from use other than what the guns were primarly designed for, which is hunting or occassional clays shooting. But it's your money. So how serious a shooter are you? If it is just clays shooting at the local club one day a week, then probably the gun will be fine.

I have to echo Gunsaholic on the high volume thing.
Many shooters consider 1 or 2 thousand rounds a year high volume, but in reality ytha is not what we are talking about.
As far as fild guns go, the CZ is a fine field gun, ad if you are considering 2 or three rounds of trap a weekend in the summer, it will do quite well for that.
