Cz shadow 2 optics ready plate - rmr

I am wondering if I could order the plate for red dot optics on my Optics Ready version of shadow 2 via Wolverine Supplies?

For Trijicon RMR type 2 optics, I believe the plate product number is 1091-1420-01? https://www.czub.cz/en/cz-shadow-2-optics-ready-plate-rmr.html

I did send a couple of emails, but didn't get any response, so I thought I post here to ask.
