CZ Shadow first shot? Or H&K P30L V1 LEM?

Heavy DA? Press straight back, don't move the sights. light SA? Same thing. It's not that hard to do. But that means you have to actually get out and practice.

You can practice it at home also in dry fire mode. If you practice manual decocking, put in holster, draw, then DA action fire at a "target" on your basement wall for even 20 minutes every other day, you'll have it down pretty naturally in a few weeks. I better go practice!

I had written above that I already have a DA / SA. I like it a lot (Beretta 96 A1), I'm comfortable with it; no real problem with the DA. I just want to try another style of gun, one with constant pull, and not a 1911 (which I have and like a lot as well).

About the IDPA "no manual de-cocking": I think I was wrong and actually the CSSA official was referring to specific club restrictions, not IDPA. I appologise.

Thank you guys for the good advices.:onCrack:
