Heavy DA? Press straight back, don't move the sights. light SA? Same thing. It's not that hard to do. But that means you have to actually get out and practice.
You can practice it at home also in dry fire mode. If you practice manual decocking, put in holster, draw, then DA action fire at a "target" on your basement wall for even 20 minutes every other day, you'll have it down pretty naturally in a few weeks. I better go practice!
