Looks like Blue Line just posted these for sale recently. There doesn't appear to be much info available online except to say they they are made by Tangfolio.
ST9
TT9/40
The ST9 looks to be a metal frame and the TT9/40 are polymer. So, has anyone had any experience with these guns? The TT9/TT40 are priced at $649 and the ST9 at $749.
The CZ TTs are polymer Tanfoglio guns, made in Italy, assembled in the Czech Republic, and called the "Original CZs" by the importer (ADCO.)
The name/branding is legitimate, but its a long, complicated story.
The "CZ" company selling these guns - CZ Strakonice - never made any of the modern CZ pistols (CZ-75, etc.), although a company with the same name (heritage) made all of the old, great CZ rifles, CZ-50, CZ-52, etc.
When the Soviet Union collapsed, CZ Strakonice was making heavy equipment and motorcycles; all of the gun production had been transferred to CZ Uhersky Brod, which makes the modern CZ handguns and longuns.
To further complicate matters, a member of the CZ Forum, when talking to an ADCO representative, was told that these guns are being discontinued, and Turkish-made CZ clones are going to be sold in their place. Even the Turkish guns will be Tanfoglios, I think.
The TT lines seems to be typical Tanfoglio/Witness-type guns, but I doubt that you'll have warranty support -- except through Witness (for Tanfoglio); -- and that would make me have second thoughts about buying one.
