I posted this on the IPSC forum also but thought that I wouyld try here.
I have a CZ Tac Sport in 40cal and the problem that I am having is that when I install the supplied buffer that it comes with, when the gun locks the slide back on an empty mag it seems to want to stove pipe the first round in the fresh mag when installed. It seems that the slide does not get to travel back far enough, but it's locking itself back on the last round. This problem happens when I release the slide with my thumb or rack the slide to release it. Loads are not long in COL as it's the same load that functions great in my G22 (and in this gun without the buffer). I thought that by using the buffer it would add some life to the gun.
Any thoughts ?
