It appears the image on the website (as well as on cz-usa site) show a much shorter version than 24" barrel. When i google 457 at one 24" it comes up with inages with a comically long barrel. Am I out to lunch here or can someone verify this?

Rather unnecessary since 22lr power burns up at 14 to 16 inches and velocity maxes out at that length.
If it had irons, then 24" would have the most superior sight radius.
And the weight of this would be extremely stable upon recoil.

Buy an MTR , then a Boyds Stock . I did .
I thought about that but the 16” MTR was hard to find too. And I really didn’t want to be constrained by the match chamber. CCI and federal are easy to get over here. I have a 16” T1X MTR now and a MDT chassis coming to drop it in to.
