Recently bought my first rifle from Prairie Gun Traders, a CSA VZ58. I really wanted a CZ 858, just like everyone else. The folks at Prairie Gun Traders were fantastic to deal with, and the rifle shoots great, but I strongly dislike the plastic stock. I've always wanted a folder, but they seem to be sold out everywhere, and I've never seen one close up. Can someone post some close up pictures? I'm sure I can fab one up myself once the threshin' is done. Thanks!

If your just looking for the factory folder you should be able to pick one up off the EE for around $60. Folding mechanism might be a little hard to fab. Sorry I don't have any close up pics right now. Might get a chance later to take some

Check Corwin Arms or Zahal. Corwins are cheaper though. or look on EE. Or Stormwerkz has folder adaptors for AR butts. Or buy another rifle with one, that's probably ideal :)

Considered buying another one, haha! I'm too green around here to get access to the EE though. Don't really want any AR style stuff on this rifle, seems like putting a neon kit on a 69 Camaro or a 6/71 on an M3, know what I mean? Zahal, Corwin, and Wolverine are all sold out of the simple folder I want. I'd kinda like the challenge of making one too.

We have this one in stock at them moment they are original folders over moulded with polymer. If you want the original folder they will be back in stock within 2 weeks

I got the stock metal folder from Corwin Arms with the cone type muzzle brake. Easy to swap out [ you will need a long flat tip ] and fits up with no drama. Also looks #####in!

If interested I put up my galil stock for sale, mind you it is significantly more expensive (~300) than the standard folding stock, but I do believe its also significantly better:

It also has a cheekpiece you can install.

Thank God I am not the only person who feels this way. When I got my CSA I couldn't wait to remove the hideous dropping M4 Stock. Put a folder on it and now it doesn't look like it is trying to be something that it isn't; it is just a simple, reliable gun.

Anyway, I would say Corwin. It is a good idea to support businesses that have product in Canada (assuming that they are not price gouging) and the times that I have dealt with Martin at Corwin he has had good prices and has been easy to deal with.
