CZ/VZ LAR mag adapters

OK so I have a CZ858 that has been milled to accept a ar mag adapter but here is my question. Does anyone make a mag adapter out of METAL that will hold open on the last round? My adapter is some form of plastic it works great but it just makes me nervous waiting for it to break.

I have a problem with my CSA VZ58 magwell adapter in 223. It is polymer and doesn't fit tightly so there is a fair bit of play. As a result sometimes the last round hold open works, sometimes it doesn't. I am looking for a new magwell adapter too.

I don't have that problem with mine but the little "ears on the inside that stop the AR mag from going to far in seem to take alot of abuse when you are really driving them home. What brand is your adapter?
 
yup I hade the CSA adapter and low and behold the plastic lips broke causing double feeds like mad, someone really needs to come up with a similar desige in steel or allumnimum. since went back to the csa 5.56 mags with fewer stoppages.
