Any CZ dealer can order a 5 shot steel magazine for you, if you don't have a shop close by, my friends shop could order you one, and mail it to you!

The only truly flush 5 round magazine is an old one from a Brno pre 1960 , steel floorplate than sits dead flush with the bottom of stock.
The ones they sell now are a steel body with plastic floorplate and sit about 5mm short of being flush.
Gunshows are the only real source for those oldies.
