CZ527 Varmint or American (17 hornet)

Interested in 17 hornet. Lets hear some thoughts on Varmint vs American. Mostly will be shooting at range but will also take to field now and again for critters. Anyone tried both? Assume the slightly heavier varmint barrel will help compensate movement and yield more consistent groups. Thoughts from those with experience with this calibre? Thx

I have the American and a buddy has the Varm. IMO there isn't much difference in weight and if I buy another it will be the Varm cause I prefer the heavier contour look. As far as difference in accuracy goes I can't say but it is a great fun little cal that won't break the bank if you reload
