Can i replace the Mag Break in my 75-b with one that will let my mags drop free and still be in production.

If Ghost products is allowed to ship gun parts over the border then you can get a replacement flat brake for the Shadow from them. The flat brake gives you drop out magazines.

I need to get some springs from them and will be sending an email asking about what sort of stuff they can ship over the border and which they can't soon.

Or you COULD just flatten the one you have now carefully and SAY you got the Shadow replacement brake..... :D

Forgive my ignorance, but the rules prohibit you from bending a factory part so slightly as that it is almost inconcievable to the naked eye?

I have a beretta that was dragging mags on the grip screws, you mean under production rules I couldn't file .020" off to remedy it.

The Beretta was never designed so that the grip screws interfered with the magazines. Fixing that defect is allowed.

CZ makes an Aluminum mag brake for the CZ75B that drops the mags freely. If you can't get one here in Canada Ghost Products in Arizona will ship one to you. Alternatively you can just bend the exisiting mag brake flat, some parts just don't always fit just right.

Take Care
