Hey, just wondering what the life on Tritium sights (I've read that their half-life is 10 years) because my front post is VERY dim and I don't remember it being so dim when I first got it only a few months ago (January?). Is there a fix besides buying a new post or is it a warranty sort of deal?

It looks to be held in by a pin, cant find anything online about it and I haven't looked through the manual.

Ill drop by the shop I ordered it through and ask him I guess. Anyone dealt with CZ warranty wise? Maybe this would be a good time to get those wood grips as well.. Haha

The half life of Tritium is 12.33 years... so that in 12 years your site will be 1/2 as bright as it was when it was manufactured. Your front site is probably not functioning properly. That is to say that the radioactive material in the site is not coming in contact with the the fluor (the stuff that glows). I would talk to your supplier about warranty information. There is nothing you can do about fixing the site being that its radioactive to a very small degree.

The sight is held in with a roll pin and is easy to replace you should be able to order a replacement from Ghost Products in the US.

Take Care
