Hi Guys
I am looking at purchasing a CZ75 Tactical Sport in 40 S&W.
I have been out of handgun shooting for a few years, but I used to shoot revolvers. I would appreciate any comments if anyone owns this gun as compared to any other comparable gun in this price range. I may get into some competitive shooting in the future. Also is the grip of the gun the same as the standard CZ75? I have held the CZ75 and loved the feel of the gun but have not held a CZ 75 TS.

Thanks ahead of time for your comments!

subscribed with interest. Can anyone comment on what category of ispc this gun qualifies for? And to hijack a little, how does it compare to a Tanfoglio for features and value?

Hi there Shotgun64,
The CZ 75 TS works very well for IPSC... I dont own one but have shot with numerous guys in IPSC that do very well with them... Actually the chronic winner of our Standard division here in Manitoba used to shoot the CZ75 TS, and shoot it very well. So i think its a great gun if you like the CZ 75B...

Hey Grizzlypeg...

That fellow i referred to now shoots the Tanfoglio LC II. I think he switched when his TS broke and was away for warranty work... Again.. he is a chronic winner with his new Tanfoglio LC II. Essentially they are the same gun.. just manufactured by different makers... There are some differences between them (minor) but are very similar and i would bet shoot the same...

I myself shoot the Tanfoglio LC II. Its a great gun IMHO and in my opinion has a bit nicer fit and finish than the CZ 75 TS... But i do have a thing for a shiny gun.. LOL

Hi Guys

Thanks for the info!
The Tanfoglio Limited Custom is quite a bit more money than the CZ 75 Tactical Sport. I will see if i can bring in the CZ to handle before I purchase the gun, because they are guaranteed a sale.
