CZ75B .40 - IDPA/IPSC Leather Holster choices?

I'm looking for a traditional, i.e. leather, belt holster for my brand new 40 S&W CZ75B. The problem is that none of the big names seem to distinguish between a 9mm or 40S&W model. My 40 is definitely wider in front than the 9's.

Anyone have this gun and can you recommend a decent holster?

PS-I am interested in something like the Galco COMBAT MASTER BELT HOLSTER.

Thanks, but there is a difference in size. I bought a molded plastic (Kydex) holster the other day (note, there was no distinction on the packaging between 9 mm and 40), and my 40 does not fit. The front of my frame is too wide for the holster. My CZ has a full slide all the way to the muzzle, whereas the 9mm version has a slide which gets narrower towards the muzzle.

Thus my original question, does anyone have a CZ75B in 40 and have a decent belt holster? None of the holster manufacturers I have seen so far distinguish between the 9 and 40 in their advertising.

FYI, after I responded to your first email, I received a response from Galco Leather:

Because we mold to the taper at the front of the slide on the 9mm, I suspect the .40 may have quite a bit of additional friction due to the straight-sided slide. It may or may not work well; we haven’t physically tried it and thus can’t definitively say. The only belt holster I can say would be very likely to work would be the Yaqui Slide.

BTW, the Yaqui slide only holds...wait for it...the slide, and is open at the bottom. The 9mm and .40 CZ-75 B's are the same size from about half way down the slide back. That's why the Yaqui will fit the .40. I'd rather have a belt holster that completely covers the muzzle end. I may have to settle though!
