CZ858 Ar15 stock adaptor?

My search button doesnt work worth two ####s, and i keep seeing these in-line stock adaptors for the cz on the boards here, was wondering who makes them/where i can pick one up. Needs to fit a mil-spec buffer tube/index plate.

Also, has anyone ever considered making an underfolder for the CZ? just for the straight up CDI factor? prohib in canada maybe? educate me.

You can pic up the railed NEA adapter at Wolverine, Target sports or the shooting edge. They shipped last week.
