cz858 NEA u. hand vs. barrel mounted rail

I just picked up a new to me cz858, it has folding stock, fab grip/handguard.
I want to run a burris fastfire or bushnell tr25, should i go for the NEA upper handgaurd or barrel mounted rail?? I plan to replace the folding stock with a fab m4 buttstock. I haven't even shot the rifle yet and i am impressed with it. Thanks...
