Cz858 upper hand guard heat shield removal

Dear god this is a pain In the ass to remove the beaver barf upper from the heat shield. I'm trying to adjust the thing cause it's spun one way and has a huge gap on one side and narrow gap on the other. Looks like a retaining clip that keeps it from moving but I just can't remove the thing. Anyone with a bit of experience with this have advice. Gota be the only part I haven't tried to disassemble on the rifle yet.
 
Never mind, figured it out, just stick the little L shaped pick tool that comes in the cleaning kit through the takedown pin hole and rotate the heeatshield, and then wiggle a bit, comes right out.
