i heard about CZech ammo being very hot loaded, and something about neck cracking.
are old tokarev designed to take such pressure?
i know all about "they are built like tanks, dont worry" and all. i just want to know if someone know something about this.

is this a factory problem causing the case to crack, pressure or chamber size maybe?

I have steel casing ammo, and my cases crack but not always.

It crack's only half as deep down as your brass casing, but that is steel for you.

I was wondering what causes that?

Fairly common issue with lots of old East Bloc milsurp ammo, especially Czech and Yugo. A cracked neck is not necessarily a problem, but a cracked base that releases burning gas is.
