D S Arms upper

I built a Aero Precision lower. I would like to build something that the finish is close to the AP, No one has stock of the AP upper. The D S Arms and DPMS are a good price. reviews are good. The Wilson Combat reviews not the best. Can you guys give me some of your experience with these uppers?

I saw them on Brownells. The price was around 80 bucks.

I have tried to order them from Brownells. DSA isn't registered with ITAR for export, so they will not ship them to Canada. Maybe things have changed from earlier this year but I doubt it.

Nope - sold out.

Brownells will not ship a stripped upper to Canada without controlled goods export paperwork. They treat them the same as a lower receiver. Yes, I have personally verified this by trying to export them before myself.

Also, as mentioned, DS Arms is not on the export list. DPMS is, but as noted above, you still can't have it.

Buy something in Canada.
