I got one of the last backpackers free with the Boxing Day deal from CanAm. It is about what I expected.... Definitely a 149 dollar gun. I'd still like to make the best of it though, cheap can sometimes be ok.
The bead site threads protrude into the barrel bore, about a thread, thread and a half. Should I worry about this? It looks like a socket won't fit without rounding it off. I'm a bit worried if I try to take it out to file it down I'll end up rounding it and then it won't go back in. Should I just forget about it and let Mr. Buckshot clean up the bore??
