DA vs. IVI vs. LC which brass is best?

Which is best between the types of ex-military brass that are usually available on the EE? And why?

I prefer DA for my M14, because it's thick and heavy (~195 grs) and stands up to the abuse it gets - mind you it has 3-4 grs less capacity than Winchester. IVI is a close second, but is really a toss-up (~188 grs, and about one grain less capacity than Winchester). Haven't used much LC.
