Dakota actions??

Is Dakota still in business? I don't remember how long ago, but I thought they were going into recievership or bankruptcy protection? I was wondering if they are still producing thier M70 style actions?

They are still in business last I heard, operating under Chaper 11 (bankruptcy protection). There was some sort of financial problems with thier bank calling in a loan earlier then they had expected, is what I read, I have no idea how true it is or not. - dan

They are still in bussiness as far as I know and were under chapter 11, they are restructuring and they say all is well. They had some kind of Merger with Nesika Actions a short while ago, I hope they stick around because I really like their rifles and the Nesika actions.

They are in fact alive and well and producing actions as fast as they can.
there is a restructuring of upper management, but all the rest of the staff is the same as they were 6 months ago
