That 10pt is a dandy IMO. Your lucky your grass is so green. Everything in my area is burnt brown! Wicked hot & dry Summer in Eastern Ontario.

yes we have had why more rain then we usually have this year! good for the deer not good for the crops. a bunch of my canola has water damage! :(

i have hard red wheat wixed with mineral lick and i also have a rack rock there, and i have some mineral lick on a rotten stump and they have almost eaten the hole stump!! they just love it!

Nice pics. I've done the same thing with a stump in front of my stand. Donlt know that it's the deer eating mine, but something sure is!

Don't you just love how they wander around in sunny fields at 2:00 in the afternoon during the summer -- and then go completely nocturnal the day the season opens... :bangHead:

ya i have pictures of him in all hours in the daylight just like theres no care in the world. i really hope he think season dosnt start till october so i can smack him with my bow!!

whitetailwoodsarcher here's a question for you : You say that you have pics of these deer at all times of the day hitting your bait. Now because you have lots of deer activity, do you get lots of pics of coyotes checking out the bait area as well? And if you do what times of the day do they show up (if they show up at all)?

well, i donot get pictures of coyotes to often. I will get the od picture of them but they are around. evry night i have sat at my older bait, its around 3 miles away from were these pics were taken, i have eather seen or heard a bunch of coyotes! i do get some pictures of them. but all at random. i do try to shoot as many as i can to help with the deer populations but i hunt on a peice of land that is over 5000 acres, they just keep showing up!
