Bought a Bushnell Legend Ultra HD 3-9x40... good mid-quality optics for the price, it's the line right under the Elite and above Banner and Trophy.
Well, I should have thought of checking the overall length of the scope before I bought it... it's not a small scope, at 12.8" it's too long to fit on my Cx4 without some very tall rings that would prevent any cheek weld whatsoever.
Only one solution: Have to buy another rifle to attach under that scope. Live and learn...
