Dan Wesson Classic Bobtail Slide Markings???

What's up with these Markings on the slide on the Dan Wesson Classic Bobtail's here in Canada??? I haven't noticed these on my RZ45 or PM7, or any Bobtails in the US. Anyone know what they are, I know the pics are small but those are the only ones I could find:

My CBOB never had those.

I can't see what the marks are in those small pics, but I can say that none of the CBOBs (including mine) have had any markings on the slide...

I'm looking at one to buy right now and it has those markings....I requested some bigger pics from the seller. I wonder what they mean

No such markings on mine either.

Never mind, I figured out what they are. Apparently there was a select run of 08's that were slotted to head to Europe and as such got these import markings. The deal fell through and they were then sold in North America.
