thinking of upgrading my bcg and this is one of my choices, anyone have any info and or experience with this bcg, thanks.
 
I would honestly get a standard BCC from DD. I have a factory Mk18 with 4000 rounds through it with only a few minor hiccups in the extreme cold we had this winter. I think the only benefit you'll get from a chromed BCG is ease of cleaning as I have had no problems using a standard BCG in all of my AR15s.

Agreed, the only advantage of these coated BCG's is the ease of cleanup. if thats something you're looking for then I'm sure the DD will function well, but if not then I wouldn't bother.
 
I didn't even know DD made chrome BCGs. Nice price too but isn't chrome so 5yrs ago and NiB the in-thing now since it is self lubricating blah blah blah...
 
i just saw one on brownells for a good price and i was told its always good to have a spare bcg when going to comps.
 
ya that be nice, i just got my lisence 6 months ago and ive been using alot of coupons to save money for this sport. maybe ill just slap in a titanium firing pin .
