I just bought a Daniel Defense DDM4V3 the other day from CanadaAmmo.com after a quick phone call with Ryan.

VERY helpful guy BTW. He was able to answer my questions and was willing to help in any way he could.

And now, I have finally broken my Black Rifle cherry. :dancingbanana:

It was the best price I could find on a New Daniel Defense, shipped to me.
So far the processing has been quick and the transfer has started.

I had another quick question, any idea if the rifle comes with a mag? Some other vendors state explicitly that it does, but your website doesn't say.

I know, I hope the Credit Card will hold out a little longer... lol

I'm trying to figure out what i want in terms of magazines.

Pmags, C Products 5/30 and 10/30, LAR 10/30, Regular Metal 5/30...
It seems that each has pros/cons. Be it price, availability, quality, the ability to load on a closed bolt, etc.
I'm trying to pick up an example of each and see what I like, and so I was wondering what it came with.

I'd like to price shop but if my rifle gets here without so much as a single magazine and my price-shopped mags are still being shipped snail mail... I may just cry.

I think I'll spend the extra $5 and buy local, just in case... CSC here I come.
 
just buy a few for starter, and wait till they come @ a good price.
I personnally like the PMags myself, but i suggest experimenting with different type.
just see your personnal feeling and fit in your weapon.
 
I recently bought the Daniel Defense DDM4V3 as well. I've never bought any type of optics for a firearm so I was hoping I could get some suggestions of what I should buy. I want to keep my eyes open for a good deal because I don't want to spent a lot of money but have no idea what would be good for this application.

I see there is a good red dot deal on the forum but that's only good for close range right? or is that decent for 100-150 yards?

I am a big fan of the 1.1x-4x short scopes
