I preordered from you 4 months ago. I enquired about the ETA and was told possibly 3-4 weeks. No problem. At the 3 week mark I emailed. I was told via email " we suggest you be patient" lol. No more info than that. Fair enough. Then I called the store and asked again for clarification on ETA. " we are getting them in in little bits and there are many people ahead of you". I asked for at least an estimated timeline. it seemed to me that I was just frustrating the gentleman who clearly had no idea of an ETA. Fair enough. I know the risk with preorders. Then I called a week later and asked if there was any new info. Basically by the end of that call I felt I needed to cancel my order because I realized there was not an ETA at all, and something just didn't feel right. The guy on the phone seemed upset that I was canceling. My bad though. I should have known better than to jump on these preorder bandwagons. I wish Dantes all the best and i have had other good experiences with you, but this MP15 things has been a real fiasco. Not to mention the $200 deposit you didn't want to return at first....

We know this preorder has affected many customers and we are sorry for the inconvenience. Original ETA, according to Smith & Wesson, was 6-8 weeks when we first announced the presale. Unfortunately we had no control on the delays that occurred.
