Both scope makers are top of the line.

I have a few NF and a S&B high power 3-27.

NF is a bit better for value IMO and the warranty service is much better ( lifetime vs 1 yr)

But I never had any issue that required warranty work.

How’s NF vs Schmidt and Bender?

If we are talking the ATCAR vs PMIIs both are top tier scopes. I find the PMII the better scope and the better value scope (not really sure if that term is appropriate considering the price points). Performance wise I would say they are quite similar but without going into detail I prefer the image on the PMII. Both scopes have their quirks (ie. rotating eye piece, weird illumination placement) but in the end I went with the PMII and sold the NF. These scopes are heavily reviewed on SH if you need additional insight.

If I was going to look at another top tier scope it would probably be the new razor 6-36x56; or (depending on the current black market value of kidneys) the Tangent.
