The reticle on my trusty Bushnell Banner made in Japan B&L 2.5x20mm scope is broken !
From what?
Being on top of my Marlin in .35 Rem that has only moderate kick ?
The only problem is they are not made any more and besides would Bushnell still warranty it after 25+ years of use?
I don't want any more power for my bush gun where at most the shot might be 125 m or so.
Wide field of view, sharpness and long tube for proper aye relief matters more to me than anything else.
Advice & suggestions would be appreciated.

Trace optic repair in Calgary repairs vintage banners from what I am told. Rates are very reasonable as well.

I sent an older one in to their service department a couple of years ago and it came back good as new.

Only one way to find out, sent it in. I got turned down for warranty on a couple of Scopechiefs due to age some time ago. As a consolation prize they offered to sell me something else for slightly more than I could get it for locally. Hopefully your luck is better.

Trace Scope Repair can fix it. He did an old Bushnell Scopechief 2.5 for me a few years ago.

Well, talked to Bushnell repair lab today.
Will ship the scope to them tomorrow and they will take a look at it.
Whatever the results I will inform you all in here.
