I just finished reassembling after cleaning up the burrs on my norc's trigger and I noticed my safety had jammed on. Turns out the plunger tube wasn't staked very well. I hear that's a common issue no matter the brand and mine seems to be beveled.
Now I've found info online about home made tools and things from the states like brownells but I'm still smarting from the last 5 buck part that cost me 35 bucks to get to me once I paid shipping and the ridiculous UPS fees. It didn't help that it also took three days of chasing their tail to even get my hands on a part and a missed weekend. If I have to I'll make a tool, but I prefer to use the proper tool if possible.
Anyhow, what I'm wondering is if anyone in Canada carries the tool necessary. Being hunting season here I don't have a hope in heck of getting it into a smith and it seems my local gun stores aren't much help either.
