Hello CGNers, PAL course is next week and my excitement is brewing, no doubt I am still months away from being able to follow through on my desires, but I can daydream, can't I?
Wonder if you guys can help me dream in technicolour by answering two:
First, is it still possible to buy an ACR in Canada? Non restricted? I read some of the reviews here of the Questar one and it seems like a really nice rifle but no longer on their website. I like that it is being seriously considered as a replacement for the AR and I saw #### Proenneke's review where he called it the most accurate NR he'd used (IIRC).
Also, one I didn't find asked here before:
I know there are some quality Canadian AR manufacturers, but I am wondering what there is that's Canadian that is black or green and also non restricted? Anything? I would like to support our local industry and at least for starters I prefer non restricted. I saw all the "what NR are there" threads but I'm wondering if there is anything specifically Canadian made.
I know my eyes here are much bigger than my wallet and I am way way ahead of myself! Just daydreaming for now while I wait.
