Howdy all.Just couldn't handle having my Holy Grail sit naked anymore. So I borrowed the stock from another No4 I had rewooded.So with out further a due.

So the next step is off to the range see how it works with out the proper bedded wood bedded. So far it ejects great with resized brass.
Question was the Mk 3 site made by LB? All I could find in my collection is code m47.Thanks
 
From the little detail I can see of the MK3, you have a British one....Can you show us a picture of the complete sight and I can tell you for sure. Very nice looking stock. Let us know how it shoots. Ron
 
Hi. Rear sight is a British one, its marked M47 which is BSA if I remember correctly.Just wondering if Long Branch made any in this flavor as I read that the DCRA rifles initially came with that sight.Thanks for your reply
 
CMK3 is correct. I'll put one in the barrel package when I ship. The lever is damaged however you can take the one off your sight. I'll put in an instruction as it's a reasonably straight forward repair. Sight is new and has a nicely blued finish. Enjoy. Ron
 
Read up on the DCRA conversions and the L series of the lee enfield would tell you more but its time to go to work.Later
