I'm looking for any deactivated firearms, to be used for teaching the PAL course, restricted and non-restricted, and also the BC C.O.R.E. (hunting) course. Free preferred, keep in mind that this is to bring more properly trained people into our sport.... Please don't commit the cardinal sin of wrecking a good firearm for this purpose though! Also, would like to get a hold of some unique training props like exploded or burst barrels, any pieces of firearm actions, barrels, etc that might be useful for training. The, don't (do something) because THIS will happen to your firearm, kind of stuff is what I'm looking for.
Thanks,
CLINT

Firearms deactivated according to the current guidelines are useless for teaching the CFSC/CRFSC.

Like Tiriaq said, we currently have to use DISABLED (firing pins cut or removed) guns in ON, but DEACTIVATED firearms (which don't have to be registered) won't allow you to chamber cartridges or check bore for obstructions.
