Deactivated Glocks?

What stopping you from pulling the frame rails and putting it into a 3D printed frame?

I don't think epoxy would be good enough for them. Nore a rod welded into the slide down the mag weld.

Just for argument's sake, I'd offer to cut the rails before epoxying - can't see them after everything is put together. Sorry, I'm just trying to find a solution to a problem.

Those rails are pretty easy to get anyhow for anyone who wants to put them into a 3d printed frame. At this point in time gun control is stupid. It's easier to make a gun than it is to legally deactivate it.
 
You can get a CO2 .177 pellet gun that is a pretty darn close to a real G19 in looks, feel & weight.
